Salenda’s management reflects in this document its commitment with the development and implementation of a quality management model ISO:9001:2015 within the scope of its activity being the development of custom software applications, consultancy tasks, technical training and sales of Atlassian licenses, based on the following principles:

- Salenda obeys the legal and obligatory requirements applicable to its products and services.
- Salenda defines its activities through processes which provide added value to the client, obtains performance and efficiency results, and pursues improvement based on monitoring and measuring.
- Salenda commits to continously improve the efficacy of the quality management system establishing and reviewing quality goals which are consistent with the principles expressed in this policy.
